Inga Kaare and Peep Ojaveski gipsy trio

Inga Kaare

I entered the world of music in 1996. If I reflect back to time when I began my musical journey- I must say- a lot has changed

In 2009 - thanks to Chet Baker - I found my way to cooljazz. With the quartet I gave concerts which presented Baker´s  life and music. This transmission also changed my style of music and musical thinking. I started to listen instrumentalists and feel the limits of my voice. From there - everything went its own way - I started making instrumental music and improvised with my voice as it were a musical instrument.

In the second half of 2012 I recorded “Hard to say” with Peep Ojaveski. The album was released in the beginning of 2013.

I make jazz music because I really enjoy it and it is the most fascinating thing in the world. The fact that I have realized it - is the most rewarding thing for me.
